Starting rates run from $399 for a 10-yard container up to $699 for a 30-yard, for a standard 7-day rental including delivery and pickup. Final price is confirmed before delivery — see our pricing page for details.
Most garage cleanouts and small remodels fit a 10-yard. Kitchen/bath remodels and roofing jobs usually need a 20-yard. Whole-house cleanouts and major construction call for a 30-yard. Call (832) 979-9730 and describe your project if you're not sure.
Every rental includes a standard 7-day period. Need more time? Extensions are available at a flat daily rate — just ask when you book.
No permit is needed if it sits on your driveway or private property. If it needs to go on a public street, most Fort Bend County cities require a temporary permit — we'll walk you through the process if it applies to your address.
Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, motor oil), tires, propane tanks, batteries, asbestos, and medical waste are prohibited. Most general construction debris, household junk, yard waste, roofing material, and furniture are fine. See the full list on our sizes page, or ask about a specific item when you call.
Same-day delivery is available across Sugar Land and most of Fort Bend County — call by noon for the best chance of same-day drop-off.
